SEOUL (DP) - Next year, the Kia GT concept car planned-introduced in 2011 ago, began to enter production. It is said, Kia will be offering as a different package than ever shown.
The design concept itself, Kia still retain style 4-door coupe, and a rear-wheel drive. Korean automaker is promising, the production version will be more dynamic than rear-wheel drive sedan model they've ever made, even K900.
Hyundai-Kia's design boss, Peter Schreyer himself, has said that they have chosen to coupe 4-door sedan, not a two-door.
For Peter, acceptance or demand for the two-door model has changed. Currently, more toward the four-door coupe or a salon or salon coupé. "Declined slightly two-door coupe, and it would be better to create a new coupé," he told Autocar.
There are no further details of the production version of the Kia GT Concept. In addition to the name remains a mystery, some only expect a diverse selection of engines can be paired, to compete with rivals including BMW M4.
